Since 2015, Veteran Car Donations has been dedicated to supporting struggling veterans. Our Arizona motorcycle donations program is a crucial part of this mission. By donating, you help us provide financial support to military and veteran nonprofit organizations. We’re on a mission to ensure our ex-servicemen and servicewomen find the means to support themselves and their families as they transition to civilian life.
Many challenges hinder our troops’ return to civilian life. Despite ongoing government assistance, thousands of armed forces veterans still need help. Your motorcycle donation can make a significant difference in their lives.
When you donate your motorcycle to charity, we use it to fund our projects to:
- Fight for the interests of the country’s severely wounded troops on Capitol Hill
- Provide tutorial lessons and educational scholarships to our undergraduate veterans near you
- Enhance public awareness of the sacrifices made by our veterans and their needs after retirement
- Support the spouses and families of former soldiers who died in combat
- Assist in the transition of our troops to civilian life after their retirement
- Build mortgage-free and specially adapted homes for our severely injured veterans
Our current projects seek to address the issues veterans face such as:
- Unemployment: Many veterans of the Army, Air Force, Coast Guard, Marine Corp, and Navy struggle to find decent jobs when returning home. This is especially true for those who have suffered severe injuries or fallen into substance abuse, including alcoholism and drug use. Despite improvements, the veteran unemployment rate remains higher than the civilian rate. This highlights the ongoing challenges veterans face in the job market.
- Homelessness: Without jobs and support, many former soldiers become impoverished and end up on the streets, unable to afford housing. A significant portion of the homeless population has served in the military. This displays the severe impact of unemployment and lack of support on veterans.
- Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or clinical depression: A considerable number of veterans experience PTSD or clinical depression after their deployments. In severe cases, these mental health conditions can lead to tragic outcomes, including suicide. There is a critical need for mental health support for veterans.
What Benefits Do I Receive When I Donate My Motorcycle to Veterans?
Donating your motorcycle to Veteran Car Donations in Arizona will benefit not just our struggling veterans but also yourself. With your donations, you become eligible to claim a top tax deduction when you file your income tax return. Your tax deduction can grant you at least $500 or even more, depending on your motorcycle’s final selling price.
You don’t have to worry about repairing your motorcycle before donating because we will accept your motorcycle and other vehicles for donation even if they are not in running condition. You also free yourself from costly repairs, maintenance, insurance payment, and storage fees for your old and troublesome motorcycle.
By donating, you also free yourself from the hassles of processing paperwork. This is because we will take care of processing everything for you. Your motorcycle pick-up and tow is also free! Donating your motorcycle to a worthy cause — in this case, the upliftment in the lives of our veterans — will also give you a deep sense of fulfillment and inner joy that no money can buy.

Are There Other Ways to Help Veterans in Arizona?
If you wish to help Arizona veterans beyond donating, consider volunteering at some of the region’s top VA hospitals. The Prescott VA Medical Center offers numerous volunteer opportunities where you can make a difference in veterans’ lives. The VA Outpatient Clinic (OPC) in Phoenix also welcomes volunteers to assist with various services and provide support to those who have served. Additionally, the Tucson VA Medical Center provides a range of volunteer roles that cater to the needs of veterans in the community. Your time and effort can significantly impact the well-being of Arizona’s veteran population.
Arizona’s dedication to honoring and remembering its veterans is exemplified by the Anthem Veterans Memorial in New River. This beautiful monument is a testament to the state’s commitment to recognizing the sacrifices and contributions of its veterans. The memorial is a powerful symbol of respect and gratitude, reflecting the community’s appreciation for those who have served. Volunteering and visiting such landmarks are meaningful ways to show your support and honor the brave men and women who have defended our country.
