This is the more popular option for those living in metropolitan areas. For outdoor storage, expect to pay around $20 to $50 per foot of the boat. You’ll also need to get it shrink-wrapped to help protect your boat against the weather.
- Wet Slip or Boat Slip Rent
In the offseason or summer, you can opt to just keep your boat at the marina. It’s the cheapest option, and you’ll have easy access to your boat. However, you have to bear in mind that your boat will be exposed to the elements 24 hours a day. Costs can range from $12/ft per year to $240/ft per year, with an average of roughly $50/ft per year
